Filling level sensor
Filling level sensor
The Teneo fill‑level sensor is a battery‑powered LoRaWAN sensor that is mounted in the lid of waste bins or underground containers and measures and monitors the fill level for years. It measures the distance to the waste in the bin, making it immediately clear which containers are full and need to be emptied. This leads to more efficient work processes, more efficient use of assets, reduced unnecessary CO₂ emissions and less litter.
Users report labour savings of up to 25% with use of the sensors. And because of the supplied adjustable mounting-bracket and a measurement range of up to 4 metres, the sensor can be installed in almost any existing waste bin or container: testend (and proven) bins include Bammens Capitole, BINbak, Grijsen Constructo, Hamer Velin, Samson Center, Puccini by Metalis, Molok and underground containers from VConsyst. So far no waste bin or underground container has been encountered in which the sensor cannot be mounted!
